I’m not going to discourage you from trying Farm Fresh’s Crispy Chicken with Griddled Cornbread, folks, but, when Epcot’s chef asked me for my opinion, I was honest.

My friends, the chicken was overdone and dry.  Likewise, the cornbread was crumble-apart dry.  Dry, dry, dry.   I’m sure they’ll get better as the festival charges forward, but, for me, this serving was a complete failure.
