I went off menu again in order to taste this one, my friends.  It was right after I sampled Farm Fresh’s Crispy Chicken with Griddled Cornbread, and, frankly, I was convinced that my final Top 20 was going to be in need of a replacement!

A refreshing bite, Hawai’i’s Grilled Tuna Tataki was on the ordinary side as far as a seared tuna presentation is concerned.  It is tasty and worth trying if you’re a fan of this type of dish, but, otherwise, the festival has better things to sample.
