As much as I was looking forward to Thailand’s Seared Shrimp and Scallop Cake, this dish disappointed me.
I’m not sure what I was expecting, folks, but the cake was way too “fishy” tasting. Plus, the accompanying pasta was pretty bland and tasteless.
Frankly, I’d say that if you want some kind of “seafood cake”, I’d suggest you get the Lump Crab Cake with Napa Cabbage Slaw from Coastal Eats.
