Sadly, ‘dry’ is becoming the theme of the day.  By itself, China’s chicken “nugget” was dry.  Oh, it wasn’t spicy either, so don’t be frightened by the name – Spicy Chicken Bao Bun.

Anyway, when you add a steamed bun to the dish, the ‘dry factor’ gets multiplied into a ‘choke it down to eat it’ status.  You really need some kind of sauce on this one, Epcot.
