Well, are we surprised? Of course, Mickey wins! I think if there is anything to be surprised about it is that Goofy made such a strong run at defeating Disney’s “monarch mouse”. My poor Pluto never really had a chance, did he?
As for a “Fab Six”, the results were …
… sparse and mixed enough that any illusions I had over us figuring out who should join Mickey and gang were clearly ill-founded. It’s fair to say that a case was made to add Daisy to the bunch, but to call it a reluctant nomination would be generous.
