Food & Wine ’15 Menu “Recon”: Morocco

I’ve given Morocco a number of chances, but I decided to stay away in 2015.

In fact, the closest we got was to take this picture.  That, and we ate Belgium’s Potato and Leek Waffle with Beer-braised Beef at one of Morocco’s outdoor tables.

Sorry, Morocco.  One or two of my readers have said good things about your Harissa Chicken Roll.  Can I give you that much?
