They’ve closed our favorite sushi restaurant in Atlanta!  Actually, it was one of our favorite restaurants … period.

No reason for me to tell you that other than we’re talking Japan with this post, and we’re being enticed by sushi.  I was intrigued by their Spicy Hand Roll.

Actually, truth be told, I was quite attracted to most of their menu.  Having said that, I couldn’t fit a one of their dishes into my Pre-Festival dining plan.

Now that I’ve sampled my pre-planned items, though, I’d bet that any of Japan’s fare could knock poor performers out of my Final Top 25.  Hmm.  Sounds like another research trip is needed, eh?
