Food & Wine ’16 “Flash Report”: Baked Ziti and Chicken Parmigiana – Italy

Portion size again!  The last time I had a chicken entrée at Italy, they served a meager tenderloin.


Can you believe this dish includes a whole chicken breast?!  Can you believe the protein “outnumbered” the pasta?

The dish, itself, was pretty generous.  The sauce was pretty bland.  Having said that, there’s worse things to have at 2016’s “party”.
