Food & Wine ’17 “Flash Report”: Chilled Scotch Egg wrapped in Sausage – Craft Beers

One hard-boiled egg cut in thirds.  Looks pretty straightforward and simple, eh, folks?  The dish was quite good, actually!  In fact, the sausage wrapping was crispy and fantastic.

Now, would I want a lot of it?  Uh, yes, to be honest.  Although, I definitely do know that all those eggs would be very bad for me!

Actually, one or two of these morsels – as a bar snack – with a few beers would really hit the spot.  Hear that, Mrs. All in WDW?  Let’s learn how to make them!
