My friends, Coastal Eats “nailed it” with both of the entrées we sampled.  First, was yesterday’s crab cake.  Today, I kick off coverage with their scallops.

A perfectly cooked duo.  Yes, there’s two!  Perfect for sharing, eh, Mrs. All in WDW?  In addition, the accompaniment – a Roasted Corn and Butterbean Succotash – was exceptional.

I would (will?) definitely go back for a second serving of this dish, folks.  In fact, Coastal Eats just might win our vote for ‘Best Overall Marketplace’!  We’ll have to see.
