Food & Wine ’17 “Flash Report”: Sweet Pancake with Spicy Chipotle Chicken Sausage – Flavors from Fire

You know how I’d make this plate better?  Jalapeños.  The maple butter syrup that adorns the item makes the dish way too sweet.  That corn cake needs peppers!

Additionally, I’d be much more serious with the sausage.  Did you see what Ireland served, Flavors?  Your three (if that!) little slices didn’t cut it.
