Food & Wine ’15 Menu “Recon”: Patagonia

The first place we go back to on our return to Food & Wine is Patagonia.  Why?  I’m convinced that Opening Day jitters caused them to serve some unexpectedly overcooked proteins.

In other words, ordinarily, their Roasted Verlasso Salmon and Grilled Beef Skewer are outstanding.  I think they both deserve a second chance!  Label them, each, “Worth a Shot”!
