Food & Wine ’16 “Flash Report”: Tuscan-style Stew – Italy

When Food & Wine’s menus were released in July, this dish caught my eye.

The only reason it didn’t make my Top 20, however, was that I figured one stew – Scotland’s Lamb Stew – was enough.


Boy, was I wrong!  I’m so glad I tried it.  The beef was the most tender I had all Festival!  I hate saying this, but, great job, Italy!
