Greetings, all! I met up with Bob on his last day at Disney this past weekend and sampled two of the enticing delights at Coastal Eats.
First, I tasted something he had not – their Baked Shrimp Scampi Dip with Sourdough Baguette. I’m sad to say that, although the scampi delivered great flavor, the dish, itself, was a bit of a sticky, glutinous mess.
Having said that, I agree with Bob … the crab in their Lump Crab Cake with Napa Cabbage Slaw was good (click here to see the picture). However, the slaw lived up to its billing – it seemed to be nothing but cabbage! He said it was ‘meh’. He was right.
