I’ll never learn my lesson, folks.  This heat-lamped hot mess was nothing but fat.  Looks good, but it wasn’t.  As a result, I didn’t even bother to finish it.

It’s a shame, I tell you.  Brazil’s Crispy Pork Belly, when fresh and prepared properly, is really good.  Poor form, again, Epcot.
