If you recall, I had the pleasure of sitting next to Disney Chef Marianne Hunnel at this past July’s Tables in Wonderland Food & Wine preview event. It was an incredible honor to hear, first-hand, some of her stories describing how she and her team organize Epcot’s marquee event.
Chef Hunnel has played a part in bringing us the “festival of all festivals” since its very first year, and Disney Insider sat down with her to get a behind-the-scenes view of this glorious 46 days.
