A really generous portion of tilapia, in our opinion. And, despite the fact that it was dusted by the “hottest pepper in the universe”, it wasn’t all that hot.
The crisp winter melon slaw was a very crisp and pleasant surprise. I would most certainly have this one again.
Just to let you know, the Ghost Chili is actually not the hottest pepper in the world anymore. The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and the Carolina Reaper are hotter by quite a bit.
I’ve tried a fresh Trinidad Scorpion myself, and let me tell you, it is HOT!

I didn’t eat the whole pepper, but I did eat part of one raw. It’s definitely an experience! Turns out our local farm grows them, so they gave us one to try.
