This one was a disappointment.
The pasta was overdone. Either that, or the serving had been sitting around in the warmer for quite a while. And, although the sauce was quite tasty, it was cold.
Finally, and I thought I would never find myself saying these words … it had too much cheese. What?! Yeah. Too much cheese. Too little sauce. Overcooked. Fail.
I was looking for Food & Wine’s Ravioli … I should keep looking.
