The Food & Wine “Voting Booths” Have Re-Opened!

Good morning, my friends!  They’re BACK!  What’s back?  The polls!

Well, at least, I hope you haven’t forgotten our little task to name the All in WDW Readers’ 2013 Food & Wine Pre-Festival Top 25 … because we’re not quite done yet!  I’ll need your help for a few more days, but I think we can finish this off pretty darn quickly.  Hey!  We need to!  Food & Wine is only 20 days away now!  We’re running out of time!

We took a bit of a break, so, to start, check in here to remind yourself which 27 dishes we’ve “saved” for the moment and which 18 plates have been eliminated.  Then, respond to the poll below to get us one step closer to finishing our first wave of decisions!  We’ll be back tomorrow to conclude “Round 1″ of our selections and to explain where we go from there.

As always, enjoy!

Choose three of these six items.  Our Top 3 will be “safe … for now”!

  • Belgian Waffle with a Berry Compote of Driscoll’s Berries and Whipped Cream
  • Seared Scallop with a Ragout of Tomatoes, Peppers, and Hearts of Palm plus Steamed Rice
  • Seared Mahi Mahi with a (Thai-style sweet-hot) “Singa” Sauce plus Jasmine Rice
  • Chili Colorado made with Gardein Beefless Tips including House-made Chips and Cashew Cheese
  • Sweet & Sour (fried) Shrimp
  • An Artisan Cheese Selection including Cheddar, Brie, and Gouda
