I received a note from a reader this morning asking, “I noticed that your posts involve food. I didn’t start reading your … website until about a month or two ago. Do you write about other Disney aspects or just food? Just curious.”
My response was, “Great question! Thanks for reaching out. It’s been a lot of food since Food & Wine. And, I have to admit that I do a lot of ‘recons’ on drinking and dining in Disney. Having said that, no, it isn’t all about food.
Now that Food & Wine is over, I’m working my way back to resorts, attractions, and parks. Polls, trivia, etc. Right now, I’m just catching up on …
… some dining stuff that I have been sitting on for quite a while.”
I know it might seem like I’m obsessed with Disney cuisine, but I’m a realist. There are web sites out there that do a much better job of covering dining in the Disney-sphere than I. The pre-eminent of those, of course, is A.J. Wolfe’s Disney Food Blog.
Some months ago, A.J. and Kim LaPaglia – Disney Food Blog’s Editor – published my review of the, then, newly-reopened Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill at the Yacht and Beach Club Resort.
Today, I’m incredibly honored to appear in their world once again with Breakfast (and Creme Brulee French Toast) at Pepper Market in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort!
Thank you, A.J. and Kim! I love working with you and, and I hope to get the opportunity to do so again in the future. Go check it out, fans! It’s All in WDW on Disney Food Blog!
Cheers!
