If you think that cutting our original list of 61 items down to a “Top 36″ was tough, you’re in for a big surprise. Now, the hard part starts … and, then, gets much, much harder.
In “Round 2″, the goal is to get us down to a final Readers’ Top 25. And, the first step along that path lies below. Our job, this time, my friends, is to pick our Top 4 in each group. In other words, two dishes in each group are in line to be eliminated.
