Mixed decision. The ladies loved it. The guys? Not so much.
I thought it was TOO overly soft inside. The blue cheese was very pronounced but, overall, I wasn’t impressed.
Sarah says it was delicious in its combination of sweet and savory as the figs provided a nice sweetness. She agreed with me, however, remarking that it WAS softer inside than she expected.
