“Sandwich” Trivia – The Answer!

OK.  I’ll admit it.  I threw a nasty curve-ball at you.  And, I feel so ashamed.  But, in my defense, 24% of you knocked it out of the park!  Yesterday, I asked you … which one of these is NOT a sandwich offered by “The Earl of Downtown Disney”?

Well, think about a nice roast beef and cheddar, smothered in horseradish sauce, resting on an Artisan baked loaf.  Sound good?  It’s “The Original 1762“!  Yes.  1762.  Not 1776!  Sorry.  It was a “trick” question.

Now, back to the sandwich.  I have this to say … yum!  Oh, and … Mrs. All in WDW and I really have to spend less time dieting and more time at Downtown Disney!

Thanks for all your support this week, everyone!  Tomorrow, I’m off, but on Saturday, we’re going to stick with the plan … we dive into Downtown’s Table Service options.  There’s dozens of them!  OK, there’s 14 of them.  See you then!

The Earl of Trivia?

Yeah, that’s what I expected.  OK.  It’s the holiday sandwich, isn’t it?  Or, should I say “Holiday Turkey” sandwich?

The Earl of Sandwich is the home of wraps, soups, salads, and desserts, but it is the turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry that ‘seals the deal’.  Why?  Well, it’s a Thanksgiving dinner on a bun!  Just look at it!  Yum!

Anyway, what better way to celebrate the Earl of Sandwich’s coronation as the All in WDW Readers’ Favorite Downtown Disney Quick Service than to pay it some additional homage with a “side” of trivia?

So, here goes … which one of these is NOT a sandwich offered by “The Earl of Downtown Disney”?

“Quickly” Devouring Downtown … The Finale!

Well, I have to admit … I did NOT see that coming.  Ghirardelli must make some mighty fine ice cream.  Or, is it the chocolate that holds us in its grip?

I’m not surprised, however, to see Chef Wolfgang in the finale.  It will be interesting, though, to see whether or not we have a preference of one location over another.

And, who didn’t expect the sandwich “king” to waltz into the “Final Four” with his famed holiday sandwich?

OK.  We have our finalists.  Let’s finish the job.  You have time to make one stop – to pick up one QUICK meal or treat – in Downtown Disney.  Where are you going?!  Vote!  Vote!  Vote!

“Devouring” Downtown … Quickly!

Good morning, my friends!  I missed you over the last few days!  I just had to take a weekend off, though.  Of course, I did pop in and out of Twitter and Facebook from time to time, so I didn’t drop completely out of sight.  Nevertheless, the short break from writing posts was refreshing.

Anyway, how are YOU this fine Monday?!  I know … it’s Monday.  Do you know what All in WDW is best at?  Taking our minds off Mondays.  Well, at least I hope we fill the beginning of your weeks with enough fun thoughts of Walt Disney World that we lessen the “impact” just a little bit!

Before I “escaped” for the weekend, I was enjoying our visit to Downtown Disney.  In fact, I spent some of my “down time” doing research.  Do you know how many dining options are offered by that marketplace?
