How can you not love a kitchen dedicated to great “Barbecue and Brews”? Like last year, The Smokehouse “knocked it out of the park” in 2014!

All in WDW’s Overview: And, like Florida Fresh, the American Adventure’s 2014 “Food” & Garden entry also proved that you can keep the same menu from year-to-year and still come out a winner. In fact, when you really think about it, in 2014, both Florida Fresh and The Smokehouse put on clinics on how to “step your game up”.
In The Smokehouse’s case, however, they really “kicked it up a notch”. Not only did they return with 2013’s two best items in tow, they added a third very good BBQ option to their menu. As if their Pulled Pig Slider and Smoked Beef Brisket weren’t enough, a Smoked Turkey “Rib” joined the party!
In addition, when it came to that “rib”, in another example of quickly “stepping up its game”, the insufficient offering of just one “rib” on Day 1 of the festival was doubled to two “ribs” in just a matter of days!
And, with all of this, I still haven’t even mentioned the bacon and maple-laden enticement of the “Piggylicous” Bacon Cupcake!
Wow! Way to go, Smokehouse! Best Outdoor Kitchen in the festival … again!
