Yeah. I have to admit. One of the things I’m most worried about with this year’s festival is the new Ravioli recipe that Italy is planning to present.
Ravioli de formaggio all’emiliana. That was the description in 2013. And, in 2012, for that matter. It was a delicious symphony of baked cheese ravioli, creamy beef bolognese, parmesan, and mozzarella. Just phenomenal!
Ravioli alla caprese. Cheese ravioli, tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan and basil. That’s the recipe for 2014. Oh, no.
Italy! What have you done? Please don’t serve me a plain, old plate of ravioli. Please? I can’t bear the loss of my Ravioli.
OK. Enough of my whining. Are you ready for another course?
Same drill as yesterday … if you want to see which dishes you progressed closer to a coveted spot on your Pre-Festival Top 25, please stop by yesterday’s post. You’ll also see which four “entrees” you shoved into the “fridge”.
Of the five dishes in each group, below, which THREE can’t you wait to sample? In other words, VOTE for as many as THREE dishes, if you’d like. The Top 3 vote-getters in each group will be “safe”! The others will be put “in the fridge” for later action in the Wild Card round(s).
Here’s a link to the full descriptions for all of this year’s dishes! Today’s entrees can be found within.
Come on! You know what you like! Vote for as many as THREE in each group!

I know that sad feeling when they switch up a favorite! However… I must say, that this non-beef-eating ravioli-lover is quite excited about the change :) (Very sorry for you though!)
