Food & Wine ’14 “Flash Report”: Singapore

Do you remember me mentioning “pronounced flavor” the other day?  Singapore’s Seared Mahi-Mahi is a perfect example of what I meant.

A beautifully prepared piece of fish, it’s the accompanying “Singa” sauce that catches the palate.  A soy sauce-based concoction, it’s just fabulous.  A very memorable taste!
