Another split decision. Except, this time, the family thought it was just OK. I, on the other hand, thought it was pretty epic.

Covered with a Grand Marnier anglaise (a light pouring custard used as a dessert cream or sauce), it was outstanding. The pudding, itself, was soft, warm, and delicious.
