The semi-final, folks! Or, if you prefer, it’s Round 2 – the “Elite Eight”.
Wow! What a day of voting yesterday. We’ve never had an entire round come down to the wire!
For example, three (THREE!) of the polls finished with same exact 1-2 finish. In each case, #1 in the group beat #2 by ONE(!!) vote and at a tally of 20 to 19! Talk about consistent. Talk about razor close!
In fact, here’s another tidbit … seven of the eight semi-finalists earned either 19 or 20 of your votes yesterday. Just that. They got 19, or they got 20. Period. The eighth? It got 23.
The gang says, “VOTE!”
The bottom line is, this competition is wide open. These eight elite attractions are separated by no more than a few votes when it comes to our support, and any one of them is beloved enough to claim the throne.
