Food & Wine ’15 “Flash Report”: Olive Oil Poached Salmon

A very tasty bite.  Cooked in an immersion circulator, the salmon looked rare, but flaked apart with a fork.  You could taste the olive oil, as well.  Was quite good.  The Chew is serving on “fancy” plates, by the way.

Food & Wine ’15 “Flash Report”: Grilled Sweet and Spicy Bush Berry Shrimp

Way too sweet tasting, for me.  Not in a sugary sort of way, mind you, but in a sweet-tasting hot sauce kind of way.  If that makes sense.  In the end, it was just too sweet.  And, I had to pull the tails off the shrimp.  Pass.

Food & Wine ’15 “Flash Report”: Seared Grouper

As compared to something more mild like Scotland’s scallop or Patagonia’s salmon, this is a stronger-tasting piece of fish.  We both, Mrs. All in WDW and I, enjoyed the coconut sauce and rice.  It was a healthy portion, as well.

Food & Wine ’15 “Flash Report”: Grilled Lamb Chop

More lamb, eh?  For me, I still much prefer New Zealand’s Lamb Meatball.  Mrs. All in WDW, however?  This “lollipop” is still one of her favorites.

Food & Wine ’15 “Flash Report”: Lamb Meatball

Simply phenomenal!  Look, I know that lamb isn’t everyone’s thing, but I highly recommend this meatball.  Very well cooked and no where near overdone.  The spicy chutney is just that.  Perfect amounts of “heat” and sweet.  Just fabulous … again!
