Where Have You BEEN, All in WDW?!

Do you know those cliche’ little challenges that we bloggers throw out at you from time to time?  You know, a cleverly-taken (or Photoshopped) picture with a caption reading, “Where am I?  I have been guilty of presenting a few of those myself.  I may throw out another one today!  Maybe not.

After almost a week of silence, I imagine that at least a few of you are asking, “Where the bleep have you been, All in WDW?!”  Well, my friends it’s a LONG story.  OK.  I won’t make it long.  I still have too much work to do!

You see, a few months ago, our apartment complex broke ground on constructing a brand new high-rise.  Right off our bedroom balcony.

A beautiful view off our balcony. No more.

A beautiful view off our balcony.  Well, it used to be.

We were excited to hear about the high-rise.  Since we moved to Atlanta, and began residing amongst the skyscrapers, I have wanted to move into one.  The view from a high-floor, “penthouse-like” apartment has to be beautiful.

Having said that, our Coronado Springs-themed balcony was a perfect spot to …

All in WDW in “Japan”!

Aww, you guys are way too smart for me.  Either that, or you really know your Walt Disney World!  With regard to yesterday’s challenge, ALL of your answers – across Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit – were spot on … we were touring the Japan pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase!

Here’s what you saw …

Hmm ... Where?

And, here’s where we were …

Mitsukoshi

We were picking pearls in the Mitsukoshi store in Japan!

The Mitsukoshi department store in Epcot sells “boat-loads” of Japanese items.  You can find food, candy, clothing, kimonos, jewelry, books, toys, and much, much more.  For my part, not that I’m a ninja or anything, but I have always been partial to looking at the swords.  :-)

In general terms, Mitsukoshi, Ltd. is an international department store chain with its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.  Founded as a store selling kimonos in 1673 (!!), Mitsukoshi now boasts stores around the world.  They host and operate the shop at Epcot’s Japan Pavilion.

1673?  Wow!  I can’t get over that!

Thanks for playing, and have a great day, my friends!

All in WDW in “The Land”!

Did you get it, folks? Yes, a lot of you did!

The two most popular answers across Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and right here on yesterday’s All in WDW post were the Contemporary Resort and … The Land!

Here’s what you saw …

And, here’s where we were …

We were walking into The Land pavilion at Epcot! The home of Soarin’, Living with the Land, and a number of other attractions, you can also find …

Where in The World was All in WDW?

It’s going to be a really busy week with a house full of company for the All in WDW family, my friends.  So, in order to get us through the week, I’m going to lean on some tried and true content ideas in order to keep the “magic” coming your way.

This is a popular idea with a lot of sites, but I would like to give it a shot nonetheless!

On one particular WDW morning in early March, where was Mrs. All in WDW and myself when we snapped this shot?

Where?
