Spend a “Minute” with Jock Lindsey!

Well, OK, so it’s not a full minute.  This video actually runs about 30 seconds or so.

By the way!  This is the first time I’ve tried to load a video on the site.  If this works well, I’ll aim to start publishing even more!

Oh, one more thing.  Do you follow people on Periscope?  Keep a watch out for me … as I’m going to try to dabble in that game too!

Anyway, do you want to get a flavor for what’s in store for you when you finally get your chance to visit Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar?

Yes?  Then, by all means, please spend a “minute” aboard ‘Reggie’!  More video to come soon, my friends!

Quick Service “Recon”: Good’s Food to Go

Located at Disney’s Old Key West Resort, Good’s Food to Go is a handy little quick service counter.

Food & Wine ’15? A Parting Shot!

Good morning, my friends!  One last festival blast coming your way!  Food & Wine never lets go of me!

Actually, I was able to slip in one last trip to World Showcase a week or so back.  Previous to that, however, I hadn’t been back to sample Epcot’s festival cuisine since Opening Weekend!

Hey!  It has been a busy few months!

Anyway, I learned a couple of things this time around.  First … I’m definitely not a fan of smoked salmon.  Even if it is Scotland’s Fresh Potato Pancake with Scottish Smoked Salmon.

Photo Nov 08, 12 09 52 PM

Oh, I had tried smoked salmon many times in the past.  I guess it is the texture of the fish that I don’t like.  I’m going to have to stay away in the future.

I also discovered that, as much as I complain about Germany, they always find a way to draw me back in.  Take their Roast Bratwurst in a Pretzel Roll, for example.

Yes, folks.  I defied my sensibilities and sampled the brat.  I’ll never learn my lesson, I guess.

You know what?  A tzatziki martini featuring cucumber vodka and yogurt liqueur is very tasty and refreshing.  I stopped by Greece to sample this delight.

Finally, New Zealand’s Lamb Meatball is definitely Food & Wine’s “champion” dish.

Not to be cheated out of enjoying my favorite item one last time, and to hold me over until next year, I “doubled-down” on the lamb.  Yum!

See ya' in 2016, Food & Wine!

It’s a “Magic” [Country Bears] Make-Over!

Hello, everyone!  I meant to post these pictures the day I took them (which was a few weeks ago), but I just plain forgot.

All of the work could be complete by now, for all I know, but look!  The Country Bears are getting a “facelift”!

Does anyone know what Disney is doing under that well-themed facade?

Dining Recon: Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar [Tons of Pictures!]

Before we get to today’s feature, I want to stop back at yesterday.  Thank you, all, for your support!  My re-imagination of the Swiss Family Treehouse met with a phenomenal response!

In fact, of the large group who voted, the solid majority of you support my idea to build an ‘Up’ attraction in place of the Swiss family’s dated home.  Hey!  Maybe I do have some “Imagineering” in my genes after all!

Of course, maybe I shouldn’t be so surprised.  After all, I “imagined” this website three years ago today!  Yes, my friends, today is All in WDW’s 3rd Anniversary!  Yay!

My thanks to all of you, once again, for the phenomenal and loyal support you have given me over the last three years.  It is incredibly humbling.

I started this website because I wanted to bring Disney content to each and every one of you.  You honor me with the few minutes you spend each day with myself and the All in WDW family.  THANK YOU!

Now.  Let’s get to today’s “show”!

Over the last few months, you’ve heard me rave about The BOATHOUSE (click the link to take a look back).  Just a few weeks ago, I posted a pictorial explosion of Morimoto Asia (click the link to take a look back).

Well, on this 3rd Anniversary of All in WDW’s existence, let me take a few moments to reveal a third, brand new, Disney Springs “gem”.

My friends, yet again with an avalanche of pictures, please visit Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar!  Enjoy!

You see that boat attached to the right of the restaurant? That's 'Reggie'. Cleverly themed outdoor seating!

We shared the Rolling Boulders Sliders. Sadly, we found the meatballs to be "hockey puck" in quality. Maybe they'll be better next time.
