Food & Wine ’14 “Flash Report”: France

Now, France did see us for a brief visit.  We gave their Braised Short Ribs a second chance.

In 2013, I had said, “Wasn’t as, pull-apart, fork tender as I had expected.”  After this year’s sample, I commented, “Well, it was pull-apart fork tender this year.  Yay!

In the end, Mrs. All in WDW and I agreed … it’s just meat, potatoes, and gravy.  So, for us, it was just OK.”

Translated?  There are dishes at the festival that are much more worthy of your hard-earned dollars.
