As you enter World Showcase from Future World, look to the left. You’ll find “Food” & Garden’s first Outdoor Kitchen – Urban Farm Eats. Continue clockwise around the lagoon, and you’ll make it to Jardin de Fiestas in Mexico.
Jardin de Fiestas
All in WDW’s Overview: I was a bit disappointed in Mexico. In 2013, I felt that their offerings paled in comparison to Food & Wine. At this year’s “Food” & Garden, I think they slid back.
Now, I’ll admit that part of this is because I’m not a huge fan of mushrooms. Mrs. All in WDW says that I like mushrooms only when I want to like mushrooms, but the fact is their Mushroom and Cheese Quesadilla held no attraction for me. Having said that, a few of the park guests I spoke to raved about it. Do you like mushrooms? Then , try it and let us know just how good it is!
The pork in the Corn Tortilla Pork Taco was very tasty. It was the corn tortilla that turned me off a bit. In a flour tortilla, I would have loved this dish. I didn’t feel the need to have a second helping, but it was certainly worth our initial try.

I didn’t mind the idea of the flan so much. I just think they could’ve stepped their entree game up. Having said that, most everyone I talked to loved the pork taco. I think I was jaded by the soft corn tortilla. If it were a hard-shell tortilla or a soft flour tortilla, I think I would have liked it much, much more.
