Then, moving on to Day 2, we experienced yet another first. An event that I would have said was impossible! Over the course of 52 votes, we saw our first-ever …
… “clean sweep”!
Yes, for the first time ever, one attraction shut out an entire group. Congratulations, Pirates!

Of course, as exciting as that was, it caused me a huge dilemma. After all the Top 2 in each group move into the next round, yes? Which one of the “losers”, here, can claim that honor? Well, none, I think is the correct answer. No votes? No ticket to the 32.
So, in an effort to be as fair as I could to the Day 2 “bracket”, I reached into another group to fill out Round 2.

In the closest race of the day, and with eight votes, Stitch was our best-finishing third place attraction on Day 2. In a burst of All in WDW compassion, I granted it a second chance and entry into today’s round of “magical” 32!
