I was going to post something about a red velvet cake today – yes, a red velvet cake – but, sifting through my recently-taken pictures, something else caught my eye.  The red velvet cake story can wait for another day.

You all know how much we love Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.  When it comes to WDW moderate options, we recommend it above every other resort.  Yes, even Port Orleans.

We were sitting at Laguna Bar, on the last night of our most-recent visit, and I couldn’t help but marvel at the view.  The sunset.  The resort and its lights.  The lake – Lago Dorado.  The bar.

Sometimes you just need to have a picture that picks up your spirits.  Spirits.  No pun intended.  Hah!  But, really.  You just need to have something you can look at that helps you get through the stress of the day.

We love enjoying an evening at Laguna Bar.  The bartenders win the “World” championship of friendliness.  The weather is (usually) outstanding.  And, you can’t argue with something this beautiful!

Folks, when it comes to WDW, this is my FAVORITE view!
