All in WDW’s Overview:  The service was mostly “sketchy” … especially on Day 1 of the festival when they opened an hour late and ran out of Beijing-style Candied Strawberries.  Having said that, as in 2013, this kitchen’s Spring Pancake was outstanding!  Don’t believe me?  You’re just going to have to trust me!  If you want to see the pictures, pop back over to our 2014 “Food” & Garden Flash Reports!
