Food & Wine ’14 “Flash Report”: Scotland

What’s up, Scotland?

On Day 2, Scotland pretty much set the tone for everyone’s day … with it’s line all the way back to Future World!

With their marketplace on World Showcase’s doorstep, that back-up of people carried from booth to booth the rest of the day.

They were so behind Hawaii and Terra, we actually sampled a Kālua Pork Slider and CraB’less CraB Cake before Scotland served its first Guest!

In fact, we watched their supervisor chastise the crew three times in order to get them moving. Sheesh! Hopefully, they’ll get their act together right quick.

As “stars” go, their scallop was good, but, for me, better “headlining” items could be found at other kiosks.

Their smoked salmon took a back seat to their scallop, in our eyes.

All in all, an OK effort, Scotland. Get on your game, though!
