Food & Wine ’14 “Flash Report”: Battle of the Lamb!

If Epcot ever drops their Grilled Lamb Chop with mint pesto and potato crunchies from Australia’s menu, they’re going to be in big trouble.

This little “lamb lollipop” might be Mrs. All in WDW’s favorite Food & Wine dish ever!  Hey!  It might be her favorite dish from anywhere ever!  She gives it her highest of recommendations!

Now, myself, I have a different attitude when it comes to lamb.  I, actually, prefer the New Zealand Marketplace’s presentation of a Lamb Meatball with spicy tomato chutney.

Quoting my initial Opening Weekend report, its tomato chutney was the PERFECT amount of spicy for my palate.  The meatball, itself, was delicious.

I had a second helping last weekend, and, while the chutney was a bit more tame than the week before, the meatball, itself, was still phenomenal.

In the end, whether Australia or neighboring New Zealand, if you like lamb, you have to stop.  Both offerings are outstanding!
